IT Configuration Management Expert

ServiceNow CMDB Consultant

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned CMDB Consultant to join our team and lead large-scale ServiceNow CMDB implementations. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for advising on CMDB strategy, architecture, and governance.

• Analyze current CMDB structure and data integrity, identifying gaps and recommending remediation plans.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and service management teams to ensure the CMDB aligns with business and IT needs.
• Develop and enforce CMDB policies, standards, and best practices.
• Support integrations with ITSM tools and discovery tools.
• Provide guidance on CI classification, relationships, and lifecycle management.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• 10+ years of experience in IT Configuration Management and CMDB consulting.
• Proven success with large-scale CMDB implementations.
• Strong understanding of the ITIL framework and CMDB governance.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB.
• Expertise in data modeling, CI taxonomy, and reconciliation processes.
