We are seeking a detail-oriented administrator to support ticket triaging and contribute to the development of low-code solutions. As a hybrid role, this position is ideal for someone with foundational ServiceNow experience and a passion for streamlining business processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform basic ServiceNow administrative tasks such as user management, form updates, and workflows.
- Triage incoming IT support tickets, ensuring proper categorization, prioritization, and assignment.
- Develop simple Power Apps and Power Automate flows to improve business efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and understanding of issues and needs. Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of ServiceNow administration experience, including basic configuration and maintenance, familiarity with Incident and Request modules, and ticket triage and support.
- Hands-on experience building apps with Power Apps and creating and managing workflows using Power Automate.
- Strong attention to detail and prioritization skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. What We Offer
