ServiceNow Specialist, Configuration Management Database

Revel IT is seeking a ServiceNow Developer/Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the platform and be able to refactor and optimize legacy business rules, workflows, and custom applications.

The successful candidate will also be skilled in remediation of corrupted or inconsistent data using scripting, transforms, and best practices. Additionally, they will have experience in developing and maintaining scoped applications and integrations with external systems.

Our preferred candidate will collaborate with security, compliance, and IT operations teams to ensure robust access control and auditability. They will also enhance user experiences through Service Catalog and Portal customizations, document solutions, and participate in Change Advisory Boards (CAB).

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• Scripting skills in GlideScript and GlideAjax
• Solid understanding of access controls (ACLs) and secure app development
• Experience fixing data inconsistencies and managing large-scale data transformations
