Job Description

As a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer Senior at GovCIO, you will play a key role in supporting our US Coast Guard program. This position is fully remote. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement ITSM strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide ITSM-related recommendations for implementation consideration.
• Design and develop queries, reports, and dashboards.
• Administer ServiceNow applications, including security and workflow configurations.
• Design and configure ServiceNow modules and forms. Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience (or commensurate experience).
• Minimum 8 years of overall IT experience.
• 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer in various roles.
• Thorough knowledge of the ServiceNow System.
