ServiceNow Administrator/Developer SME

The ServiceNow Administrator/Developer SME will support our US Coast Guard program.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ITSM strategy, planning, and service delivery to emphasize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide ITSM-related recommendations for implementation consideration spanning across service management policies, guidelines, and processes.
• Design and develop queries, reports and dashboards
• Administer ServiceNow applications, including updating security and workflow configurations
• Design and configure ServiceNow modules and forms
• Provide additional support based on subject matter expertise

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 8 years of overall IT experience
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer in various roles
• Thorough knowledge of the ServiceNow System
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jelly, HTTP, XML
• ITIL and/or ITIL Certified
