GovCIO seeks a detail-oriented Senior QA ServiceNow Administrator to manage and optimize the ServiceNow platform ensuring high-quality system performance through structured Quality Assurance practices. This role will be responsible for configuration maintenance and improvement of the ServiceNow platform as well as development and execution of QA strategies to validate system updates workflows and integrations.
This position will be located in Washington DC and is a hybrid remote position.
