ServiceNow Administrator/Developer journeyman

Transforming government IT requires innovative thinkers like you. As a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer Journeyman at GovCIO, you'll play a key role in guiding our US Coast Guard program's ITSM strategy, planning, and service delivery to emphasize efficiency and effectiveness.

We're looking for someone with thorough knowledge of the ServiceNow System, experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jelly, HTTP, XML, REST, SOAP services, and ITIL principles. A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills is essential for this collaborative role.

Responsibilities include designing and developing queries, reports, and dashboards, configuring ServiceNow modules and forms, administering applications, and providing additional support based on subject matter expertise.

Bachelor's degree required, with 12+ years of experience or commensurate experience. Clearance required: Public Trust or Secret clearance.
