As a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer Senior, you will support our US Coast Guard program from a fully remote location.
- Develop and implement effective ITSM strategies, planning, and service delivery to emphasize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Contribute ITSM-related recommendations for implementation consideration across service management policies, guidelines, and processes.
- Design and develop queries, reports, and dashboards in ServiceNow.
- Configure and administer ServiceNow applications, including security and workflow updates.
- Provide additional support based on subject matter expertise.
You must have:
- Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years of overall IT experience.
- 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer in various roles.
- Thorough knowledge of the ServiceNow System.
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jelly, HTTP, XML, and REST/SOAP services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, and certified system administrator certification.
PREFERRED SKILLS: Bachelor's in Computer Science, ITIL Foundation Certified, ServiceNow Developer Certifications, and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist.
