ServiceNow Administrator/Developer journeyman

Job Overview

GovCIO is hiring a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer Journeyman to support our US Coast Guard program. This role will be fully remote.

The ideal candidate will guide ITSM strategy, planning, and service delivery to emphasize efficiency and effectiveness.

• Contribute ITSM-related recommendations for implementation consideration spanning across service management policies, guidelines, and processes.
• Work independently or collaboratively with remote teams and clients.
• Design and develop queries, reports, and dashboards.
• Configure ServiceNow modules and forms.
• Administer ServiceNow applications.

This role requires strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, and customer-centric attitude.

Key qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience or commensurate experience.
• Minimum 8 years of overall IT experience.
• 6+ years of ServiceNow developer experience.
• Thorough knowledge of the ServiceNow System.

Candidates must have Public Trust or Secret clearance and relevant certifications (ITIL, ServiceNow).
