ServiceNow Administrator/Developer SME

Transforming Government IT, One Service at a Time About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Administrator/Developer SME to join our team of transformers. As a key member of our US Coast Guard program, you will play a critical role in guiding our ITSM strategy and delivering exceptional service.

• Develop and implement efficient ITSM strategies and processes
• Collaborate with remote teams and clients to drive service delivery excellence
• Design and develop queries, reports, and dashboards using ServiceNow
• Configure ServiceNow modules and forms to meet business needs
• Administer ServiceNow applications, including security and workflow configurations
• Provide subject matter expertise to support ITSM initiatives Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience (or equivalent)

• Minimum 8 years of overall IT experience
• 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer in various roles
• Thorough knowledge of ServiceNow System and ITIL principles
• Expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jelly, HTTP, XML, REST, and SOAP services
• Certified System Administrator

Clearance Required: Public Trust or Secret clearance is required for this position. Preferred Qualifications

We also prefer candidates with:

• BS Computer Science preferred
• ITIL Foundation Certified
• ServiceNow Developer Certifications
