ServiceNow Administrator/Developer SME

We're seeking a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer SME to support our US Coast Guard program. As a key member of our team, you'll help us deliver innovative IT services and solutions that improve how government agencies operate and serve citizens.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide ITSM strategy, planning, and service delivery to emphasize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Contribute ITSM-related recommendations for implementation consideration spanning across service management policies, guidelines, and processes.
• Work independently or collaboratively with remote teams and clients.
• Design and develop queries, reports, and dashboards.
• Configure ServiceNow modules and forms.
• Administer ServiceNow applications, including security and workflow configurations.
• Develop scoped applications and a service portal.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years (or commensurate experience).
• Minimum 8 years of overall IT experience.
• 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer in various roles.
• Thorough knowledge of the ServiceNow System.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jelly, HTTP, XML.
• REST, SOAP services, etc.
• Understanding of ITIL and/or ITIL Certified.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• BS Computer Science.
• ITIL Foundation Certified.
• ServiceNow Developer Certifications.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist.

CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Public Trust or Secret clearance is required.
