ServiceNow Administrator/Developer SME

We are seeking a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer SME to join our team at GovCIO. This is a fully remote position that requires strong technical skills and experience in service management.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement efficient ITSM strategies, policies, and processes
• Design and develop scoped applications, including service portals
• Administer ServiceNow applications, including security and workflow configurations
• Provide expert-level support based on subject matter expertise

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience or commensurate experience
• Minimum 8 years of overall IT experience
• 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer
• Thorough knowledge of the ServiceNow System
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jelly, HTTP, XML

Clearance Required: Public Trust or Secret clearance is required.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• BS Computer Science preferred
• ITIL Foundation Certified
• ServiceNow Developer Certifications
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist

The posted pay range for this position is $180,000.00 - $210,000.00 per year. Total compensation package may include additional elements, to be discussed during the hiring process.
