ServiceNow Administrator/Developer SME

Transform government IT by joining GovCIO as a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer SME.

This role is fully remote and supports our US Coast Guard program.

Key responsibilities include guiding ITSM strategy, planning, and service delivery for efficiency and effectiveness. You will contribute to ITSM-related recommendations for implementation consideration spanning across service management policies, guidelines, and processes.

• Design and develop queries, reports, and dashboards in ServiceNow.
• Configure ServiceNow modules and forms.
• Administer ServiceNow applications, including updating security and workflow configurations.
• Provide additional support based on subject matter expertise.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience or commensurate experience. Required skills and experience include:

• 8 years of overall IT experience.
• 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer in various roles.
• Thorough knowledge of the ServiceNow System.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jelly, HTTP, XML, REST, SOAP services, and more.
