ServiceNow Administrator/Developer Senior

GovCIO is a team of transformers passionate about transforming government IT. This ServiceNow Administrator/Developer Senior will support our US Coast Guard program fully remotely.

Responsibilities include guiding ITSM strategy, planning, and service delivery for efficiency and effectiveness. They will contribute ITSM-related recommendations for implementation consideration spanning service management policies, guidelines, and processes.

• Design and develop queries, reports, and dashboards
• Design and configure ServiceNow modules and forms
• Administer ServiceNow applications, including updating security and workflow configurations
• Design and develop scoped applications as well as a service portal
• Provide additional support based on subject matter expertise

Qualifications include a Bachelor's with 12+ years (or commensurate experience). Required skills and experience include at least 8 years of overall IT experience and 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer in various roles.

This role requires thorough knowledge of the ServiceNow System, experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jelly, HTTP, XML, REST, SOAP services, and understanding of ITIL and/or ITIL Certified. Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, and certified system administrator are also required.
