ServiceNow Administrator/Developer journeyman

Overview

GovCIO is a team of transformers passionate about transforming government IT. We're hiring a Servicenow Administrator/Developer Journeyman to support our US Coast Guard program.

This fully remote position requires:

• Guiding ITSM strategy, planning, and service delivery for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Contribution to ITSM-related recommendations for implementation consideration across service management policies, guidelines, and processes.
• Collaborative work with remote teams and clients.
• Designing and developing queries, reports, and dashboards.
• Configuring ServiceNow modules and forms.
• Administering ServiceNow applications, including security and workflow configurations. Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience (or commensurate experience) is required.

Key skills include:

• 8 years of overall IT experience.
• 6+ years as a Servicenow developer in various roles.
• Thorough knowledge of the Servicenow System.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jelly, HTTP, XML.
• Understanding of ITIL and/or ITIL Certified. Clearance Required

Public Trust or Secret clearance is required.
