- We are hiring a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer Senior to support our US Coast Guard program in a fully remote position.
- This role involves guiding ITSM strategy, planning, and service delivery to emphasize efficiency and effectiveness.
- The selected candidate will contribute ITSM-related recommendations for implementation consideration spanning across service management policies, guidelines, and processes.
- They must be capable of working independently as well as collaboratively with remote teams and clients.
- The job requires designing and developing queries, reports, and dashboards, as well as designing and configuring ServiceNow modules and forms.
- The successful candidate will administer ServiceNow applications, including updating security and workflow configurations.
- They will also design and develop scoped applications as well as a service portal.
- In addition, the candidate will provide additional support based on subject matter expertise.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience or commensurate experience is required.
- The candidate must have a minimum of 8 years of overall IT experience.
- A minimum of 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer in various roles is necessary.
- The selected candidate must have thorough knowledge of the ServiceNow System.
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jelly, HTTP, XML, REST, SOAP services, and ITIL and/or ITIL Certified is required.
- The candidate should have strong communication skills (written and verbal), strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, and be certified as a System Administrator.
Clearance Required: Public Trust or Secret clearance is required.
