Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of ServiceNow Solutions Designer.
In this position, you will be responsible for creating and implementing architecture and strategies that meet business needs and drive technical excellence.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Create AI-native systems ensuring technical relevance and business value
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and prospects to understand their business requirements and desired experience
- Design and deliver programs that enable Solution Consultants to demonstrate the value of the ServiceNow platform within federal environments
- Mentor and train peers and other colleagues in the organization on best practices and industry trends
- Demonstrate the product, both standard and tailored to prospects and existing customers, onsite and online
- Scope and deliver Proof of Concept/Proof of Value engagements with prospects
- Stay up-to-date on product developments/releases
- Support marketing events – user conferences, trade shows, webinars etc
You will work closely with a matrix of sales and solution consulting peers to solve the federal government's most complex problems, including identifying friction points and architecting scalable solutions.
Key Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of business and technical problems addressed by the products, including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, technical roadmaps, and compliance/security
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to identify and address complex challenges
- Ability to communicate effectively with audiences up to and including CIO/CTO/CAIO
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and outside the box
