Solution Architect - ServiceNow Expert

Solution Architect Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a hybrid work opportunity that allows for flexibility and collaboration with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements within the ServiceNow framework or partner with Enterprise Architecture to suggest alternative platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of seven years of recent experience in solution architecture, with a focus on ServiceNow including extensive experience in two or more ServiceNow modules (LSD, WSD, ITAM/ITOM, HRSC, IRM, CSM and more).

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing solutions that are scalable, flexible and easy to maintain to include leading proofs of concept for new technologies. Additionally, the architect will provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle, to include working with ServiceNow support and other technical teams to address and resolve critical issues; work with cross-functional teams to ensure that solutions are integrated with other systems and processes.
