In the context of two major ServiceNow transformations, we are seeking a skilled professional to reinforce our technical team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications focusing on minimal customization.
  • Collaborate with the ServiceNow Architect on design, development, and support of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Deliver comprehensive ServiceNow implementations including core platform, CSM portal enhancements, and integrations with third-party tools.
  • Review and optimize existing implementations for better adherence to best practices, performance, scalability, and security. Ideal Candidate:
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow CSM and/or ITSM, with ITAM as a plus.
  • Expertise in Service Portal management and customization.
  • Excellent knowledge of Case, Incident, and Request management, Service Catalog definition, and setup.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with cross-functional collaboration experience.

This role is part of a project based in Madrid. Full remote work is accepted, and the contract duration is 12 months with potential renewal based on performance. Requirements:

  • ServiceNow CSM and/or ITSM experience.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and Customer/Employee Support context.
  • Release management and code versioning best practices.
  • Problem-solving skills with ability to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Specification writing and testing strategies experience.
  • Agile methodology experience.

The ideal candidate should be a team player with proactive approach, able to propose help and assistance in problem solving and detect issues to propose solutions.
