Servicenow ITSM Specialist

Looking for a challenge in international projects within a multinational IT firm? NTT DATA is seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Specialist with:

Key Responsibilities

• Design complex architectural solutions in ServiceNow
• Conduct technological assessments and develop improvement proposals for technical solutions
• Provide user support, training, and documentation
• Support the migration to ServiceNow, including data mapping and process alignment
• Collaborate with process owners to gather requirements and implement improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow architectures
• Fluency in English (B2 level minimum); knowledge of another European language is a plus
• Experience in modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, CMDB, among others
• Skilled in complex integrations of ServiceNow with enterprise systems
• ITIL certification (desired)
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM) are a plus
• EU citizenship required
