ServiceNow Developer Position Overview

This is a ServiceNow Developer position, focusing on the design, development, and customization of ServiceNow applications and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop client-side and server-side scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies).
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, LDAP, JDBC, etc.).
• Perform unit testing, support UAT, and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Maintain and upgrade the platform, including applying patches and managing deployments.
• Document technical designs, configurations, and best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of proven experience in ServiceNow development and customization.
• Fluent in Spanish language and Advanced level of English (C1).
• Hands-on experience with integrations using APIs and web services.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (server-side and client-side scripting).
• Familiarity with platform maintenance, upgrades, and performance tuning.
• Good communication and collaboration skills in Agile/Scrum environments.
