Job Description:

American Express has been using ServiceNow for ITSM and HR and they now want to add the IRM (Integrated Risk Management) module.

Work Description: We are seeking ServiceNow Consultants with deep expertise in Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and App Engine to lead the design and implementation of risk and compliance solutions across our financial services operations. This role blends domain knowledge in governance, risk, and compliance with technical proficiency in building scalable applications using ServiceNow’s App Engine. The client will need to heavily customize the module to fit their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the delivery of ServiceNow IRM solutions, including Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit, and Vendor Risk modules.

Design and develop custom applications and workflows using ServiceNow App Engine to support risk and compliance initiatives.

Collaborate with stakeholders across risk, compliance, audit, and IT to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Configure and extend ServiceNow using App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, UI Builder, and Integration Hub.

Ensure platform governance, performance optimization, and adherence to security and regulatory standards.

Provide guidance on platform best practices, data governance, and regulatory compliance (e.g., SOX, FFIEC, Basel III).

Required Skills & Experience

3–5+ years of ServiceNow experience, with a focus on IRM/GRC implementations.

Strong understanding of financial services risk frameworks and regulatory environments.

Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), Flow Designer, Business Rules, and REST APIs.

Experience with ServiceNow IRM modules and data model.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $75.00 - $80.00 per hour
