About the Role
As a seasoned professional, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions that drive business outcomes. We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with a focus on ServiceNow to join our team.
Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their requirements within the ServiceNow framework or partner with Enterprise Architecture to suggest alternative platforms.
You will design and implement scalable, flexible, and easy-to-maintain solutions, including leading proofs of concept for new technologies. Your expertise in building integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using iPaaS (like Mulesoft), APIs, web services, MID servers, and ETL tools will be highly valued.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle, addressing and resolving critical issues; ensure that solutions are integrated with other systems and processes.
Creating comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and development standards, is also an essential part of this role.
To succeed in this position, you must stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends related to ServiceNow solutions. Requirements
- Seven years of recent experience in solution architecture, with a focus on ServiceNow and extensive experience in two or more ServiceNow modules
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, information technology, or a related field; ServiceNow CAD certification and one or more CIS certifications required, CTA or CMA strongly preferred
- Experience supporting business solutions hosted on ServiceNow from a developer or administrator perspective, inclusive of upgrades, integrations, and operational support
- Strong understanding of practical application of ServiceNow as it relates to industry solutions, as well as interconnectedness between modules and core data
- Proven familiarity with ServiceNow and other technology platforms commonly used to service core business functions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams What You Will Achieve
