[Remote] ServiceNow SPM Product Owner

Dice is the leading career destination for tech experts at every stage of their careers, and they are seeking a ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Product Owner for their client, Black Rock Group. The Product Owner will drive the enhancement of SPM solutions and act as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Organize and prioritize product backlog, refine user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Enhance Demand, Resource, Enterprise Agile Platform (EAP), and Waterfall modules.
• Manage continual improvement of dashboarding and reporting capabilities.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of SPM features, from ideation to deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, developers, and Scrum Masters.
• Provide ServiceNow SPM subject matter expertise (configuration, workflows, customizations).
• Lead testing and UAT efforts for upgrades and feature releases.

Skills

• 2 5 years of ServiceNow experience with SPM modules (Portfolio, Demand, Resource).
• Experience enhancing ServiceNow platforms.
• Familiarity with ITIL best practices.
• Strong knowledge of Agile / SAFe environments (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Certified Implementation Specialist SPM.

Education Requirements

• Agile certifications (Scrum Master, Product Owner, SAFe Agilist, Kanban).
