Job Description

As a key member of our Digital Nexus technology organization, we are seeking a seasoned Solution Architect to spearhead the design and implementation of innovative ServiceNow solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow and its ecosystem, with expertise in designing scalable, flexible, and maintainable solutions that meet clients' evolving needs.

They will collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to develop solutions that integrate seamlessly with other enterprise systems, leveraging iPaaS (like Mulesoft), APIs, web services, MID servers, and ETL tools.

Additionally, the candidate will provide technical guidance, support, and training to project teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.
