Job Description
As a skilled ServiceNow professional, you will play a key role in designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions using the ServiceNow platform. This position involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results and ensure seamless integration of various ITOM, ITSM, APM, and CMDB implementations.
Your primary responsibilities will include configuring and deploying ServiceNow modules, managing and maintaining the CMDB, and providing technical guidance to junior team members. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing documentation, including technical specs, workflows, and test cases, and staying up-to-date on ServiceNow updates, features, and certifications. Required Skills and Qualifications
- Hands-on experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow, with a strong understanding of various modules, including ITOM, ITSM, CMDB, APM, HAM, and SAM.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.
