Service Delivery Center Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior ServiceNow consultant. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful ServiceNow implementations, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and business outcomes.

The role will involve leading project implementations, developing thought leadership, and maintaining subject matter expertise related to the ServiceNow platform and complementary technologies. This includes Integrated Risk Management (Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management), Third-party Risk Management (TPRM), Business Continuity Management (BCM), Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG), Service Portal/Employee Center, NOW Experience, and UI Builder. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical teams on implementation project teams, directing other technical consultants and testers.
• Assist Engagement Lead in workshops to gather agile user stories/epics/features using ServiceNow Agile or client-preferred Agile software.
• Direct customers on best practices across ServiceNow products and platforms.
• Develop Offerings, Solutions, and Designs for product implementations.
• Deliver Application UI Configuration and Workflow Configuration.
• Development of client-specific reporting needs, including Performance Analytics.
• Interface with ServiceNow technical product teams as needed.
• Prepare all client-facing and internal deliverables that are technology-related.
• Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience as a key technical resource leading the development of solutions in client environments.
• 3+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience with IRM (GRC) implementations in a client consulting environment is required.
• Proficiency with Agile project management and delivery methodologies.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in technical consulting and client-facing roles required.
• A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
• Certifications in Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-Risk and Compliance and CIS-TPRM), and Application Developer (CAD).
• Industry Certifications, including SAFe Product Owner, SAFe Implementer, SAFe Agilist, and Scrum Master, are also preferred.
