As a Management Consultant, you will be a functional and technical expert, consulting with corporations on their digital transformation journey using ServiceNow's Finance & Supply Chain solutions. This role requires expertise in Sourcing and Procurement Operations, Supplier Lifecycle Operations, Accounts Payable Operations, Finance Case Management, Legal Service Delivery, and Contract Management Solutions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Serving as the primary executive point-of-contact on projects focused on improving client Finance, Supply Chain, and related organizations.
• Guiding clients in defining their ServiceNow strategy, ensuring alignment with digital transformation objectives.
• Understanding customer requirements and aligning them with ServiceNow Expert Services, Product Success, and Client Sales Teams.
• Aligning clients with defined roadmaps and reporting ongoing progress against them.
• Defining technical and functional solutions aligned with client business problems and ServiceNow Implementation Best Practices.
• Serving as a liaison between Client and ServiceNow, addressing challenges and concerns.

Ideal candidates possess 10+ years of management consulting experience and at least 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow and other related solutions. Significant experience with ServiceNow or similar digitalization platforms is required, along with the ability to lead end-to-end transformation projects across Finance, Supply Chain, and/or related organizations.

Strong executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills are essential. Experience creating implementation design artifacts, conducting solution presentations, and obtaining customer acceptance of solution design is also necessary.
