ServiceNow HRSD Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Technical Consultant with expertise in Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) for our ServiceNow engagements. As an HRSD delivery consultant, you will design and deliver holistic solutions that meet customer requirements.

Your primary focus will be on working with clients to understand their long-term business goals and translating those into specific requirements for the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate closely with the Slalom team to develop repeatable designs for productivity and ensure that technical blueprints for HRSD solutions are designed with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing technical solutions for HRSD
• Reviewing and delivering technical solutions to meet customer needs
• Mentoring teammates on best practices for the ServiceNow platform

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience working in a client-facing role in a professional services organization
• 3+ years of deep functional and technical knowledge of ServiceNow configuration and implementation
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to motivate others
