Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled administrator to manage the ServiceNow platform and ensure its stability, performance, and scalability.
- Manage and maintain the ServiceNow platform for user management, security, and data integrity.
- Implement and manage ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Asset Management, and CMDB.
- Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, and UI policies to automate processes and improve efficiency.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary fixes and enhancements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other team members.
- Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features, best practices, and industry trends.
- Conduct regular system audits and prepare reports on system performance and usage.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification from ServiceNow.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow (e.g., ITSM, HR, AppEngine, ITOM, IRM, SecOps, etc.) with in-depth knowledge of platform capabilities, scripting languages, and architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
