Job Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM development and configuration, including:
- Executing deep technical configuration and scripting for ServiceNow ITOM
- Developing and maintaining integration solutions with external systems
- Translating technical requirements into scalable, supportable implementations
Key Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting methods
- Experience integrating with third-party tools like SolarWinds, SCOM, Dynatrace, LogicMonitor
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and hybrid environments
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have:
- 3+ years of professional experience
- 2+ years of direct ServiceNow ITOM hands-on work
- Demonstrated experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management
