Job Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM development and configuration, including:

• Executing deep technical configuration and scripting for ServiceNow ITOM
• Developing and maintaining integration solutions with external systems
• Translating technical requirements into scalable, supportable implementations

Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting methods
• Experience integrating with third-party tools like SolarWinds, SCOM, Dynatrace, LogicMonitor
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and hybrid environments

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

• 3+ years of professional experience
• 2+ years of direct ServiceNow ITOM hands-on work
• Demonstrated experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management
