Cloud Computing Solutions Expert

We are looking for a seasoned Solution Architect to design and implement innovative solutions using ServiceNow. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your expertise and make a meaningful impact.

• In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with clients to understand their needs and developing tailored solutions that meet their requirements within the ServiceNow framework or suggesting alternative platforms through partnership with Enterprise Architecture.
• You will design and implement scalable, flexible, and easy-to-maintain solutions, including leading proof-of-concept initiatives for new integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using iPaaS (such as Mulesoft), APIs, web services, MID servers, and ETL tools.
• You will provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle, working closely with ServiceNow support and other technical teams to address and resolve critical issues, and ensuring seamless integration with other systems and processes.
• You will create comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and development standards.
• You will stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends related to ServiceNow solutions (IRM, SecOps, ITAM, ITOM, ITSM, and more).

This position demands:

• A minimum of seven years of recent experience in solution architecture, with a focus on ServiceNow, encompassing extensive experience in two or more ServiceNow modules (LSD, WSD, ITAM/ITOM, HRSC, IRM, CSM, and more).
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, information technology, or a related field, preferred; ServiceNow CAD (Certified Application Developer) and one or more CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) certifications required, and CTA (Certified Technical Architect) or CMA (Certified Master Architect) strongly preferred.
• Experience in supporting business solutions hosted on ServiceNow from a developer or administrator perspective, including the challenges associated with upgrades, integrations, and operational support.
• Strong understanding of the practical application of ServiceNow in relation to industry solutions, as well as knowledge of the interconnectedness between modules and core data.
• Proven familiarity with ServiceNow and other technology platforms commonly used to service core business functions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
