ServiceNow Platform Administrator

We're seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow administrator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the ServiceNow platform, including configuration, customisation and maintenance.

As a key member of the team, you will be working closely with other stakeholders to drive process improvements and deliver high-quality customer experiences.

You will be responsible for managing ITSM, HAM, System Integrations and technical administration of ServiceNow.

You will also be working with cross-functional teams to build enhancements and integrations that scale, creating workflows and business rules for service improvements.

In addition, you will lead ServiceNow release upgrades, work closely with Software Development Engineers to coordinate system updates, patches and configuration changes, and provide user training related to ServiceNow processes.

Finally, you will mentor team members on project planning, design and estimating activities in ServiceNow.
