Enterprise ServiceNow Platform Specialist

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team in developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet the complex needs of the Army.

As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with cross-functional groups to design, deploy, and manage the Army's enterprise-wide ServiceNow instance.

Key responsibilities will include leading the development of custom applications, workflows, and automation tools, as well as providing architectural guidance to ensure solutions meet DoD security standards. Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable ServiceNow applications and integrations to meet complex Army requirements.
• Collaborate with business analysts, SMEs, and platform users to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow custom applications, scripts, and workflows to support enterprise IT service delivery.
• Configure and extend ServiceNow modules to meet business needs.
• Work closely with the Agile Scrum Master to plan and execute agile ceremonies and manage delivery across sprints. Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on ServiceNow.
• Strong knowledge of database concepts and DoD database/code security standards.
• Experience with unit and integration testing of ServiceNow applications.
• DoD Secret clearance.
