Senior ServiceNow Developer

• *Job Summary**: We seek a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead the implementation and optimization of the ServiceNow platform.

The role is critical to modernizing digital services and business workflows across the UNC System Office. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with staff, including those with business workflow expertise and prior ServiceNow implementation experience.

This position requires designing, building, configuring, integrating, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform to deliver business capabilities across HR Service Delivery, IT Service Management, Customer Service Management, and Strategic Portfolio Management.

We are seeking a hybrid work arrangement, anticipating at least three days per week onsite at the Dillon building in downtown Raleigh's Warehouse District.
