[Remote] ServiceNow Developer / Must speak Portuguese

Our client, Msquare Technologies, is seeking a ServiceNow Developer who will manage project delivery, analyze user needs, and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The role requires effective communication with stakeholders and collaboration with teams to optimize operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will be responsible for managing the overall delivery of a program or project to achieve business outcomes.
• This includes defining project scope and monitoring the execution of deliverables using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• You will communicate across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, issues, and outcomes.
• You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
• You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
• You are expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Analyze user needs and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Design or customize software for client use with the goal of optimizing operational efficiency.
• Responsible for the project development process, configuring the business environment, and managing deployment to the production environment based on business requirements and processes.
• Document and assist in the technical training of the development team.
• Write user stories with the technical requirements gathered from clients.

Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in development using web technologies (specifically JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and AngularJS).
• Intermediate to advanced English.
• Experience developing on the ServiceNow platform or similar platforms (Salesforce, Remedy, IBM Maximo).
• Certifications: CSA and CIS-ITSM.
• Must speak Portuguese

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
