What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Participate in project teams to deploy solutions on the ServiceNow platform
• Lead a team of technical delivery resources and oversee development and testing activities
• Design and architect complex solutions while creating written deliverables
• Conduct client demos and work sessions, and lead integration design sessions
• Mentor junior staff and support project leadership while maintaining certifications

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Subject matter expert on the ServiceNow platform with expert-level development skills
• Mastery in at least one ServiceNow suite and strong skills in integrating with thirdparty tools
• Strong knowledge in at least two process areas within the ServiceNow platform
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and attention to detail skills
• Willingness to travel at least 25%

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Experience participating in presales activities, including scoping and positioning
• Proven ability to contribute to complex workshops and industry conferences
• Background in developing innovative solutions for complex client programs
