ServiceNow CMDB Consultant / Expert - SN 25-30099

Our expert ServiceNow CMDB consultant will lead and advise on CMDB strategy, architecture, and governance for a large-scale implementation.

We are looking for someone with 10+ years of experience in IT Configuration Management and CMDB consulting to assess the current CMDB structure and data integrity; identify gaps and recommend remediation plans.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the ITIL framework and CMDB governance and hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB.

This is a part-time role requiring 2–3 days per week. The consultant will collaborate with infrastructure, application, and service management teams to align CMDB with business and IT needs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing data cleanup processes, including deduplication, normalization, and enrichment.
• Developing and enforcing CMDB policies, standards, and best practices.
• Supporting integrations with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and discovery tools.
• Creating dashboards and reports to monitor CMDB health and progress.
• Mentoring internal teams and delivering training/documentation as needed.
