The Technical Consultant will deliver solutions based on client requirements, using a future-focused mindset to understand long-term Enterprise goals and design roadmaps for achieving them. This role involves translating business requests into technical requirements, designing technical blueprints for meeting client goals, and mentoring teammates on ServiceNow best practices.
Key qualifications include experience delivering complex ServiceNow implementations, passion for leveraging the platform for improving work processes, and excellent communication skills. A bachelor's degree in a technical field or business management is required, along with 2+ years of experience working in a client-facing role and 3+ years of deep functional knowledge of ServiceNow configuration and implementation.

For this position, the base salary pay range is $96,000-$177,000, plus an annual discretionary bonus.
