You will work onsite, requiring DoD Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one.

• Conduct needs analysis, establish project specifications, and identify suitable solutions

• Lead engagements as Subject Matter Expert on best practices and expert-level knowledge
• Define, re-engineer, improve, and analyze business processes during collaborative workshops
• Develop customer value objectives and plans for long-term success
• Become a trusted advisor to customers, providing strategic guidance
• Manage and communicate process requirements to delivery teams
• Provide support, training, and mentoring to team members
