Job Title : Delivery Architect - CMDB/CSDM

About this Role:

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow architect to join our team as a Delivery Architect. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM Discovery and CMDB solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to industry best practices.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and experience working with complex business needs. They will work closely with process owners to define and understand process requirements related to the capture of configuration data, gap analysis, and develop technical specifications and solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM Discovery and CMDB solutions.
• Work with process owners to define and understand process requirements.
• Develop technical specifications and solutions.
• Evaluate enhancement/customization requests.
• Provide design recommendations and document technical requirements.
