You will work closely with senior leaders to align investments, talent, and go-to-market priorities, building and evolving offerings across key modules. Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the global ServiceNow capability strategy, identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
- Talent Development: Build and mentor a high-performing team of ServiceNow consultants, architects, and developers, ensuring quality delivery and supporting team growth and meaningful work.
- Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and translating them into actionable ServiceNow solutions. Requirements
- ServiceNow Expertise: Proven experience in implementing and managing ServiceNow solutions, with a deep understanding of its features and functionality.
