ServiceNow Solution Consultant

We are currently seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst to act as a liaison between business needs and technical solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• To work closely with stakeholders, gather, analyze, and document requirements for ServiceNow configurations, enhancements, and integrations.
• To translate business needs into functional specifications for ServiceNow implementations, ensuring seamless workflow integration.
• To conduct thorough gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement within the ServiceNow platform.
• To collaborate with development teams, architects, and QA specialists to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements. Required Skills and Qualifications:
• A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst working with the ServiceNow platform.
• A strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM processes and workflows.
• Experience working with CSM, ITOM, HRSD, CMDB, or other ServiceNow modules is highly desirable.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in ServiceNow module configurations, workflows, and integrations.
