We are currently seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst to act as a liaison between business needs and technical solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- To work closely with stakeholders, gather, analyze, and document requirements for ServiceNow configurations, enhancements, and integrations.
- To translate business needs into functional specifications for ServiceNow implementations, ensuring seamless workflow integration.
- To conduct thorough gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement within the ServiceNow platform.
- To collaborate with development teams, architects, and QA specialists to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements. Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst working with the ServiceNow platform.
- A strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM processes and workflows.
- Experience working with CSM, ITOM, HRSD, CMDB, or other ServiceNow modules is highly desirable.
The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in ServiceNow module configurations, workflows, and integrations.
