ServiceNow Developer Position

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow developer to join our team. As a key member of the Enterprise Technology group, you will design and develop innovative ServiceNow solutions to streamline operations and improve employee experiences.

This role involves designing and developing ServiceNow applications (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, or CSM), configuring and customizing ServiceNow workflows, UI policies, business rules, and scripts. You will also integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems (Active Directory, SAP, Workday, etc.) and develop REST/SOAP APIs for seamless data exchange.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting, as well as hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, or ITBM). Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integration methods is also required. Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management) and certification in ServiceNow Application Development (CAD) or Implementation Specialist (CIS) are preferred. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices Requirements:
• 9+ years of ServiceNow development experience
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integration methods
• Familiarity with ITIL processes
• Certification in ServiceNow Application Development (CAD) or Implementation Specialist (CIS) preferred
• Experience with Performance Analytics and Reporting
