ServiceNow Developer Job Description

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will design and implement solutions leveraging core platform functionalities. Your expertise in configuring applications, developing reports, and managing data migration tasks will be instrumental in delivering high-quality results.

Key responsibilities include:

• Configure Applications: Develop, test, and deploy custom ServiceNow applications to meet client requirements.
• Develop Reports: Design and create reports using ServiceNow's built-in reporting tools to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Manage Data Migration: Plan, execute, and validate data migrations between different ServiceNow instances or other systems.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A bachelor's degree from an accredited university or relevant work experience.
• At least 5 years of software development experience.
• Experience working on complex software development projects with Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in developing Service Catalogs and workflows using ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of at least one scripting language (e.g., Ruby, Python, Perl, Bash, JavaScript).
• DOD-approved IAT Level II Certification.
• Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for presenting to groups.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Active U.S. TS/SCI with CI Poly security clearance.
