ServiceNow Expert IRM Professional

Deliver comprehensive ServiceNow IRM solutions by leading the implementation of Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management and Vendor Risk modules. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable and effective ServiceNow configurations. Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure and tailor IRM workflows, dashboards and automated control mechanisms to meet business needs.
• Provide technical expertise in scripting, system integrations and overall platform architecture.
• Offer guidance on governance frameworks, risk scoring methodologies and compliance with standards such as ISO 27001 and NIST.
• Support user acceptance testing UAT deployment activities documentation and training sessions. Skillset Requirements
• A minimum of five years' experience working with the ServiceNow platform including at least two years focused on IRM/GRC.
• Possession of CIS-Risk and Compliance CIS-R&C certification is mandatory.
• Additional ServiceNow certifications are highly desirable.
• A proven track record of delivering at least one complete end-to-end IRM implementation.
• An in-depth understanding of industry risk frameworks and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in client- and server-side scripting UI policies and business rules within ServiceNow.
• Experience with other ServiceNow modules such as SecOps Vendor Risk or Business Continuity Management BCM is a plus.
