ServiceNow Architecture Expert

We are looking for an accomplished .Net Architect to lead our ICT4D organization in providing low-cost solutions using Information Communication Technology (ICT) to address poverty and overcome disadvantages. Key Responsibilities

• Offer strategic guidance on ServiceNow development best practices and provide hands-on implementation support.
• Deliver tailored ServiceNow development consulting services aligned with the client's release schedule.
• Analyze and optimize ServiceNow applications and modules for improved performance.
• Develop clear and concise design documentation for ServiceNow applications.
• Craft detailed user stories for ServiceNow releases.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications to meet specific needs.
• Write high-quality custom code for ServiceNow application modules.
• Design and deploy ServiceNow workflows, forms, lists, business rules, UI components, web services, tables, and menus.
• Establish seamless integrations between ServiceNow and other systems.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for ServiceNow code and configurations. Essential Skills and Qualifications
• Demonstrated expertise in ServiceNow (Helsinki release) and strong understanding of ITIL v3 Service Operation processes.
• Superb verbal and written communication skills.
