Technical ServiceNow Specialist

In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality technical solutions to support a large-scale Federal initiative.

As a Technical ServiceNow Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals who combine innovative thinking with technical expertise.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert-level technical support for ServiceNow development initiatives.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive ServiceNow solutions.
  • Designing and implementing complex ServiceNow configurations to meet evolving client needs.
  • Developing and maintaining technical documentation to ensure seamless knowledge transfer.
  • Participating in Agile development methodologies to drive continuous improvement.

Desirable skills and qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in ServiceNow development using Angular.JS, JavaScript, and SQL.
  • Extensive experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Familiarity with Human Resources business processes and ServiceNow HR Service Delivery application is highly desirable.
