About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Digital Technology Architect and ServiceNow Developer. We are looking for a highly skilled professional who can design and develop innovative solutions using web technologies such as REST/SOAP APIs, HTML, and JavaScript, as well as experience with ITSM/ITOM.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving process improvement, innovation, and building a culture based on customer obsession, agility, results, and entrepreneurship. They will also collaborate closely with stakeholders to design and deliver solutions that meet business requirements. Requirements

• A minimum of five years of experience in ServiceNow development or implementation.
• Strong understanding of ITIL, COBIT, financial planning, and business acumen.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply.
