The Customer Success Platform Architect is a trusted advisor and valued partner for customers' digital transformation journey with ServiceNow. This advisory role helps customers establish a strong technical foundation in the ServiceNow platform. The Platform Architect establishes and supports best practices around instance strategy, technical governance, core data, integrations, and overall platform health. ">

Responsibilities and Deliverables: ">

Developing strong relationships with customers' business leaders and platform owners to understand their vision and how ServiceNow fits into their digital transformation journey is a key responsibility. This involves guiding and supporting the execution of technical governance processes, helping develop standards and practices for maintaining the ServiceNow architecture model, and supporting the design and implementation of a platform operating model. ">

Additionally, providing technical evaluation of demands against ServiceNow platform architecture and capabilities, analyzing and translating business information and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint with solutions to achieve complex business objectives, driving solid platform health by reviewing and guiding the remediation of configurations and customizations that do not align to ServiceNow leading practices, and advocating and championing ServiceNow's Customer Success Impact advisory practices and methodology are important aspects of this role. ">

Requirements: ">

Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving is required. Additionally, experience in hospitality and/or retail industry, enterprise architecture experience including data modeling, core data design, security, integrations, configuration management, large program experience leading architecture and design programs, and 3-4 years minimum of ServiceNow Platform Experience are necessary. Consulting experience and select certifications are highly recommended.
